“What’s Next in Medical Devices?” conference

On June 13th, 2017, members of the 9.8 Group were at Princeton University in New Jersey to attend the “What’s Next in Medical Devices?” conference. The conference was organized by the New Jersey Tech Council and the 9.8 Group supported and sponsored the event.

The event drew together a diverse crowd of technology experts, investors, entrepreneurs and regional university professors and students operating in the life sciences, medtech, medical device and IoT healthcare verticals. The afternoon conference included a panel discussion, moderated by the Group's team-members, featuring these industry professionals answering questions regarding the state of the medical device industry and where it will be headed in the future.

The event also allowed both entrepreneurs and medical device companies to present their recent research & development innovations to the crowd, giving the audience a glimpse of potentially impactful technologies for the future.

During this session, 9.8 Group advisors were on hand to assist presenters. In addition, the Group invited several of its partners and clients to the audience to present thier products.
